Group therapy
Discover how you relate to others by seeing yourself in them.
The work focuses on the present moment and what emerges during each session.
Through Gestalt therapy, somatic tools, experiential exercises, and creative activities, the group becomes a space for living experience, where you can observe how you connect, what is triggered in you, and how you respond in relationships.
You can participate at your own pace and find your place within the group.
Collective learning
Listening to others and recognizing parts of yourself in their experiences can be very revealing. The group shows us other ways of being in the world, connecting, and understanding what we experience. From there, the process is built collectively, leading to both personal and group learning.
The group as a mirror and support
The group allows you to see more clearly how you connect, what patterns emerge, and how you position yourself in relationships.
At the same time, it offers a sense of belonging where you can feel supported, support others, and allow yourself to be held.
From reaction to response
We often react without realizing it, driven by habits, fears, or learned behaviors. Throughout this process, I will support you in recognizing what is happening within you so you can respond with greater awareness to your life and the world around you, fostering deeper self-acceptance.
Again, it depends on your specific situation, your budget, and your schedule. However, I always recommend starting with once-a-week sessions. For couples, I typically schedule an initial joint session, followed by individual sessions for each of you, and from there, we determine whether to meet weekly or biweekly.
Co-regulation and care
Through connection, you activate resources for co-regulation, empathy, and a greater capacity for care toward yourself and others.
The process includes exploring your bond with nature as part of a broader form of connection.
Integrating it into your life
The intention is for the work we do in the group process to carry over into your daily life. This can lead to changes in how you relate to others, how you position yourself, and how you experience new ways of being in relationships from a more secure and conscious place.
A space where what happens in the group turns into learning for your life.

How we work
Each group session is facilitated by one or two therapists, providing a carefully managed environment throughout the process.
The duration varies depending on the topic: from online sessions lasting between 1 and 1.5 hours to in-person meetings lasting half a day or several days.
Support is available in Spanish, Galician, English, or French.
If you feel this space could support you at this time, feel free to ask me about ongoing groups or upcoming availability.
